What to do about my 1st Dr. appointment (work related)
Now I am just going ABSOLUTELY nuts waiting to see a heartbeat so this pregnancy feels real as I have NO SYMPTOMES yet!!!
I am so torn!!!!!! It's a toss up to wait another week & go to the meeting or just blow it off
Any opinions? What would you do?
UPDATE: As it turns out, when I called today, the Dr. office informed me that though I can see the nurse practicioner for my first visit, subsequent visits will be the one Dr. who delivers in the practice. Turns out that there is an office closer to home & both the Dr. & NP work out of there on my day off that I have each week!!! So I am switching to the other office and my dilema is solved

Go to the dr's appointment. Work will still be there. It's great to hear the heartbeat, you're excited about it, and if you don't have to be at this meeting, don't go.
