honestly, bugaboo is all about the name. it comes apart in 2 pieces, so you can't just flip it closed and go. on the other hand some people love it.
we registered for a snap and go (holds the infant carrier seat), a graco metrolite and DH is insisting on a Maclaren as well.

Thats fighting talk. Bugaboo has nothing to do with the name. Its a fantastic piece of equipment and is just amazing quality. You do get what you paid for. I have used mine everyday now for a year and its still like brand new. I walk probably a mile or two every single day with my bug and the suspension is fantastic, it literally goes up curbs by itself. All my friends with Graco's, Plikos and other prams have already thrown theirs away and gotten Mclarens...the quality does not compare.
Bugaboo has fantastic support and if you lose a piece or even need a new innertube, they will send it to you free of charge. It is two pieces, but it is so easy to put in the car and to set up again. I love mine to bits and think it was the best piece of baby equipment that I bought. I bought 1 piece of baby furniture (a crib) and loads of other useless crap...but my bug, well...she's my best purchase! Now they just have to make doubles!!! What a beauty! See how well she matches my car, see how good she looks in my driveway...ahhhhhhhhh

Re: What type of stroller are you getting.
We got the Mutsy 4rider and I am really anxious to use it. It is comparable to the Bugaboo in quality and supsension, etc. and guess what Racheeee, it has a double seat that clicks into the chassis. Bugaboo should think of that Image Attachment(s):

Re: What type of stroller are you getting.
I have 3 strollers.
My Favorite-My stroller frame for the infant seat
my cadillac/mall stroller-Graco Quattro Tour Travel system stroller-I have an older print
And my new favorite
Peg perego Pliko P3
The stroller frame is godsend, weighs only 8lbs, my graco is 25 lbs, it's okay, , but it's much bulkier and heavier than my peg. The graco takes up my WHOLE Murano Trunk! The peg weighs 18lbs and folds much much much smaller and compacter.
This is why I am so torn what to do with #2 coming, when DD will only be 14 months old. I do not like any double strollers!
DH and i will prob be pushing 2 strollers

Re: What type of stroller are you getting.
we went with the bugaboo. I also ordered the graco adapters, so my infant seat will fit on there as well.
I loved the bassinet option. We have practiced taking the stroller apart, it is really simple, but I see your point. I figure baby will be in carseat anyway while I am taking apart stroller.

Re: What type of stroller are you getting.
I have the snap and go and the Baby Jogger. I have used the Baby Jogger with my SIL baby and its awesome- the city version has small wheels that turn easily, its very lightweight and best of all, it folds easily with only one hand. Plus you can speed walk/slow jog with it.
I love it.
