What was your worst car?

2009 Mitsubishi Galant. Bought brand new and after 1 year it just started fallling apart. It had more recalls then I thought was humanly possible.

I have to be honest, I haven't had a bad one- yet.

My first was a used Toyota Corolla- you couldn't kill that thing. It was awesome. Never a problem.

Then I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse- loved it LOVED it. But the head gasket went at like 80 K miles and it was too pricey to be worth fixing it. It was almost 10 years old at the time (I don't do a lot of miles!)

Now I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 and it is also amazing. Not one problem with it other than routine things.

My first car. Burgundy 1990 Honda Civic.

It was definitely ugly and had a huge windshield. Like - if you looked thru the windshield, you'd be able to see my passengers (I had steering wheel coverage at least) pants lol

It would start when it wanted to. If it didn't start, I'd have to stand on the side of the car w the door open and shake it vigorously (think salad dressing) and then jump in and start it. I had to go to Coney Island to get it passed for inspection every year.

When I bought my next car, I used it as a trade in. I got $2,500 for it (it stalled at the dealership!!) Paid $3k. So it was definitely worth it and I learned how to drive in it.

Worst car ever 1999 Dodge Ram 1500, it was a car we bought super cheap after my 2009 Pontiac G6 was destroyed in an accident while it was parked. It was just a temp vehicle they said all that needed to be replaced was the torque converter...after we did that it would only go 35 miles per hour. I live in SC the speed minimum is 45 on the parkway and that was the only way i can get to my job thats on an island....it was a sad few weeks. I now drive a 2009 Ford Focus, It does it's job.....

My worst car was a 1978 Nova, purchased brand new. The car rusted after a few years. It kept running after the key was removed and the car was turned off. The car stalled whenever it rained. It got so bad that I was afraid to make a left turn for fear of it stalling.

I've personally never owned a car that was bad. I've had:

I have leased since 2003.

In HS, my parents had a 1971 Chevy Nova that we'd get to drive here and there. The floor boards were so rusted through, that under the floor mats, you saw ground. It was our Flinstone Mobile.

Nissan altima. I forgot what year, but it spent more time at the mechanic than practically any other car I had in the 3 years I leased it. It had the worse warranty too. It was actually out of warranty before the lease was up.

What was your worst car?

Dodge Jorney 2009 . I don't know if it was because it was the first model of it but we had so many problems with the brake pads. We were changing it every 6 months not only the brake but tbe pads itself which is the expensive part
