What's a quick recipe that uses chicken sausage?
I bought some chicken sausage but don't know what to make with it. What's a quick and easy dinner I could make tonight?

sausage, peppers and onions! I have used chicken sausage for that plenty of times!

You can make a sauce with it. take the sausage out of the casings and cook on the stove with some onion and garlic, then add some sort of sauce (I like Rao's marinara!) and serve over pasta. Yumm.
I am actually having something similar for dinner...a chicken sausage baked ziti (but that's not so quick to make so I figured the sauce would be easier)

Yeah I do like this only with pasta. Then you get protein in the dish, carbs from the pasta, and veggies from the sauce. 
I love chicken sausage. I also slice it up and put it on pizza dough with marinara sauce sometimes like a little homemade pizza.

I slice it up and saute it in a pan with a little EVOO to brown the sides then mix it with WW ziti. Sometimes, I add a little red sauce, sometimes just garlic and oil.
