I am making chicken soup with tortellini tonight. And probably making tacos and homemade pizza the next 2 nights.

Tonight is tomato/roasted red pepper soup (from a carton, not homemade...yaaaaay, Trader Joe's!), homemade croutons, and salad. Maybe some bruschetta instead of croutons just because I have some tomatoes, basil and bread that needs to be used up!

I was inspired by the other post to try it, ventured out earlier to buy pizza dough.

What's everyone making for dinner tonight?
I'm thinking pizza. Not sure about tomorrow. I wish I would've gotten a pork shoulder so I could've made pulled pork in the crock pot.

My mom made it last week and told me to try it. It was awesome! I made my own crust, which I think makes it even better. I used individual ramekins also.

My dinner ideas for this coming week: Crockpot beef stew, Crockpot chicken and dumplings, tacos, fettuccine w/ meat (ground beef) sauce, roasted whole chicken, London broil steak, homemade chicken soup, Crocpot lasagna.
