Tossed salad
Baked Chicken cutlets dipped in italian dressing, and bread crumbs and topped with diced tomatoes and drizzled balsamic vinegar.
Whole wheat spaghetti with garlic and oil.
Broccoli.

I went to my BFF last night and found eggplant that my grandma made me in the freezer
it was like she made it yesterday....so good

On Monday we had Rachel Rays stove top stuffing turkey meatloaf w/ gravy, baked sweet potato.
Tuesday- sweet and sour turkey meatballs over egg noodles.
Last night - Wednesday we had sausages and peppers on rolls w/ melted mozzarella.
Tonight- Rotisseire chciken and not sure what else.
Friday- DH works in Brooklyn, so he is bringing home Spumoni Gardens pizza! We will have to reheat it , but it will be worth it.
