Whats in your diaper bag? Is my list good?

I made a list for myself so I pack the same things everytime I'm sure I'll get used to it but I'd hate to forget something. Constantine is 3 weeks old so we really only go to the dr's or my mother's house right now. We're not out for too long so I just wanted to make sure this is good and I dont forget anything:

changing pad
3-4 diapers
wipes
vaseline
hand sanitizer
2-3 bottles
formula dispenser
pacifier
2-3 outfits
blanket
burp cloth

looks good to me - I'd add a few more diapers though, just so you don't have to keep restocking!

Extra pacifier in case one gets dropped
Ziploc bag for dirty clothes/bibs
Diaper cream
Bibs

more diapers

and i bought one of those diaper bag kits that has cold remedies, gas medicine, etc. just in case of emergencies. BRU sells them.

i also have a box of disposable bags for the diapers. they're little plastic bags to wrap the dirty diapers in it.

I also have plastic baggies to put soiled diapers. They sell them at BRU (green bags) I also have triple paste and aveeno lotion. disposable spoons for feeding, disposable bibs, 2 water bottles.

All of the items in my diaper bag are left in there so that I won't forget them. I would add a pair or two of socks. I've needed them on more than one occasion. Definitely add more diapers. You just never know what could happen. I also kept a few toys in the diaper bag to keep him occupied.
