What's The Best Service for Downloading Music Legally?
I'd prefer a monthly subscription over a per song fee. Any suggestions for the best place to legally download music to my MP3 player?

I really dig Amazon's MP3 downloader...They don't have monthly options but the prices per album are better than iTunes and they have a huge free download library too.

what kind of mp3 player?
depending on your player,
napster
raphosody
zune
are all great softwares that you pay monthly and whatever is available, (a good bulk of the music) and available to be downloaded and sync to your device instead of paying per song.
