Need to bring something for Easter and I am far from creative or talented in the kitchen! Any suggestions? TIA!

antipasto kebabs! Buy everything and assemble on sticks!

Also, I love to caramelize some vidalia onions in butter, add a little thym, salt & pepper. Put into little phyllo cup shells, top with goat cheese and put in the oven for like 5 minutes. Delish!

I get the sheets of puff pastry and brush on an egg wash, then spread on store-bought pesto (sometimes I do red pepper on half and basil on the other half). Roll it up then slice into 1/2" slices. Put on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 min. on 350.

My go-to's are:

Stromboli
Crescent rolls - make into one large sheet (press together the dotted lines) and layer salami or pepperoni and provolone. Then roll and bake for 12 mins. Slices into pieces - so easy!

Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 block frozen chopped spinach
1 block cream cheese
1/4 grated parm
S&P, crushed red pepper
thaw/drain and then heat the spinach and add the artichokes...mix in the cheeses and season to taste. serve with chips or bread.
