whats your meal plan for you child
DS is 7 months old and trying to figure out meal plan with amounts and diet. I am just curuious if i am feeding him enough.

At 7 months we just go with the flow since DD is reallly not interested in solids. She gets five 6oz bottles per day.
Solids at this age is really just for practice anyway, no need to put a 7 month old on a meal plan IMO
