What's your schedule?

Ok..I eat breakfast within 1/2 hour of waking up.. Usually a bowl of oatmeal.

I get to work around 8am and my problem is that I get SO HUNGRY that I wind up eating my lunch early
(i.e. RIGHT NOW)

I usually go to the gym around noon so I don't like to eat beforehand...

thing is, I *could* just have a snack like some fruit or something...but I'm craving my lunch. I'm not too busy at work so perhaps I'm focusing on my hunger?

anyone else have this problem? What time do you usually eat breakfast...lunch?

I get to work at 8 but usually eat my breakfast at 9...Lunch at noon...go to gym around 4:30 and have a banana or piece of fruit beforehand...Dinner around 6:30 or 7.

Breakfast around 8:15, banana around 10:30, if I'm really hungry, another banana around 12, lunch at 1:30ish and then dinner around 6:30.

breakfast some time between 8-9...

lunch some time between 12-2

snack around 3ish

dinner around 5ish, except for the nights that BF works late, then it's another snack around 5ish, dinner at 8.....

maybe you could have a piece of fruit in the morning, and then make your oatmeal when you get to work...that might help stave off the hunger pangs for lunch.

I do something like this. I'll have a yogurt earlier in the morning, and then eat my oatmeal around 9:30 or so. I also add a little bit extra water to the oatmeal so it seems like more, and I take my time eating it. It will usually take me a half hour to eat the oatmeal. I find then I'm not quite as hungry as I would be if I ate too early in the morning.

Get to work at 6:30
Breakfast at 7:45
Snack: either SF jello or almond at 10:30
Lunch: something with protein at 12
Afternoon snack:PB with carrots at 2
Run at 3:30 or so
Dinner usually 5:30-6

I usually eat breakfast when I get to work, a bowl of cereal or oatmeal with a piece of fruit. (Usually between 8:30-9:30 sometime.) I eat lunch between 12-1. I started eating dinner earlier. Usually around 6-6:30. Sometimes I have a small snack around 8-9 either a ww fudgie pop, 100 calorie popcorn pack, or a piece of fruit.

I have small healthy snacks all day long.

I have a glass of carrot/beet juice at 6:30. On the way to work, I have a cup of green or white tea. Then at work at around 9:00 I have breakfast (package of oatmeal & hard boiled egg or something like that). By 11:00, I am eating a piece of fruit or a cheese stick. 12:30 lunch, 3:00 snack (cup of tea & protein bar) and dinner at 5:30. Work out at 8:00 and then a cup of green tea b4 bed. Water allllll day long---sometimes 5 bottles.

I used to do the same thing when I worked in the city and went to the gym during lunch (I can't believe I sort of miss that!). I used to have a small bran muffin on the train ride in, then I'd have Kashi cereal at my desk at work like around 9:30/10am.

I'd go to gym around 12, and have lunch when I got back.

Currently I eat around 7:15am, get a bit hungry around 11:30 but eat around 12.

Breakfast 7am
Get to work between 8:30 and 9:30
Around 10:30 or 11 I'll have the 100 calorie snack pack out of my lunch
Around noon-12:30 I have my sandwich
2:30 or later I have a piece of fruit
Dinner around 7pm

Breakfast ~8AM
-usually consists of a high protein breakfast, it tends to keep me full. Either eggs, egg whites or special K protein plus cereal with skim milk

Snack ~10AM (or earlier if I am hungry)
-usually a piece of fruit or baby carrots, sometimes with coffee and skim milk

Lunch ~Noon (or whenever I get hungry)

Snack ~2 or 3pm
-same as earlier snack, fruit or baby carrots most days, these days usually with some skim milk

Dinner depends if I am working out. If I am going to the gym I have an early dinner around 4:30. It not I eat around 6pm.

Snack
If necessary I have 94% ff popcorn or fruit

i am up for work at 4:15... have coffee on the drive in, my breakfast around 8, lunch around 12:30 and dinner around 6-7.
