I'll be taking 12 weeks...will be back sometime mid december.

still torn. my options are 12 weeks or the entire school year (which would be an extra 4 months).

6 weeks if vaginal delivery, 8 weeks c-section (there wasn't a choice for 6 weeks in your poll)

I know I get 6 weeks and my company has less then 50 employees so it is not subject to FMLA. I am hoping they will allow me to stay home for at least 8-10 weeks (over 6 weeks not paid) or that I can work from home for 6 weeks after the first 6 weeks of maternity. We will see.
