When did you start buying things?
Until our Level II, I was totally paranoid about bringing anything baby-related into the house. I was at the mall today and I couldn't resist!
I bought the baby her first dress today - it was 12m in Children's Place, reduced to $6. It's still in the bag, I don't even have baby hangers yet  .

I bought her first onesie in March so I was about 4 months. I had just found out it was a girl but since the doctor said he wasn't 100% sure, I waited until after the Level II and THEN I went NUTS

We bought a onesie and hat a fw days before the level II. After we had the level II, then we bought some more clothes. It's the family that has bought so much!

I bought things the day we found out...but it was socks. My logic was that if anything bad happened, I could throw them out and not waste too much $$$. By 12 weeks, I had gone off the deep end...My 30 weeks, I was BORED b/c there wasn't anything else to buy!

thanks ladies!! so far I just bought one dress and a jets onesie, so I guess I'm not in bad shape!
I am itching to check out Old Navy today and get a couple of little things!

my very first purchase was a unisex christmas outfit very reduced. ( I think I paid like $3 for it).
There is nothing wrong with buying..its fun and very hard to resist!!!

I bought a bunch of clothes around 24 weeks from Gymboree-they were having a huge sale and everything was so cheap I couldn't resist.

Haven't started yet, but my mom gave us a diaper bag already, and my sister has given me her maternity clothes already.
I did buy a rocking chair (for no reason at the time I bought it) --- about a week before I got pregnant....

The day after the level II, once we found out we are having a girl. My MIL and I went nuts. It's slowed down a bit now that we bought a house, but I still go a little crazy ever now and then.

I'm not even pregnant yet...and I've started accumulating things!!! Not so much on purpose, but in college I worked at Babies R Us, and I just couldn't help it...people would return these gorgeous outfits that were worth about $1.50! So I'd snatch them up for my "collection". My collection also includes an entire bedding set. When my sister was PG, I noticed this set and absolutely LOVED IT. While I was working at BRU, they discontinued it...and I picked up the ENTIRE set for about $35.
I know...I'm insane.

The day I found out!! I was so excited so I went and bought a cute little outfit and tiny little slippers. I stopped for a while and well, Grandma went crazy....baby has plenty of yellow and white....now she stopped and after Thursday (we hopefully find out what our peanut is) all bets are off. Grandma has threatened she is hitting the stores on her lunch hour on Thursday!!
But DH and I went to toys r us a few weeks ago and bought the baby a cute puppy toy from us!! This is just too fun!!

I don't plan on buying anything (except the bedding which is purchased already) until after my shower...that way I don't go too crazy and just get whatever I need...I unfortunately don't have much room for it.

I have bought a couple of outfits, and a cute diaper bag at TJ MAXX. I was about 25 weeks when I did this. I figure I will wait until AFTER the shower, to see whT I need.
