I know the date and where, so I will plan food and theme and invites at like 10 months old.

im no help i started thinking about it maybe a month before 
it was only family and close friends though at our home so i didnt need to book anywhere. if i was though i think probably about 5/6 months ahead of time but im just crazy organised with that stuff  we had a blast and it was all about our DS we did finger foods and i had wine and beer for the grownups and i have to say we had a wonderful day

my DD is May 10th also!
just planned and booked it this week...
its rough since its mothers day wked and also so many communion parties..

just planned and booked it this week...
its rough since its mothers day wked and also so many communion parties..
crap....if i dont get a place i want i may have to do it before or after his bday
