When did you start putting toothpaste on the baby's toothbrush?
DD just has two little teeth on the bottom that recently came in. When should I start actually putting toothpaste on the toothbrush? And since I haven't even looked for it yet, is there an infant toothpaste I should get with less flouride or something? Thanks.

you can use it now. They have flouride free stuff that you should use

I used the infant toothpaste from the moment I started brushing her first tooth. I know they say a wet cloth is fine but I preferred the toothpaste. Orajel makes it and it has no fluoride. Just a little fruity tasting which makes it more enjoyable for them. My DD LOVES to get her teeth brushed!

Re: When did you start putting toothpaste on the baby's toothbrush?
there are a few infant toothpastes that have NO floride in them - when my DD was little I started as soon as they came in.
they also have a "baby brush" that goes on your finger so it's a little easier to brush their teeth.

Re: When did you start putting toothpaste on the baby's toothbrush?
I bought the baby brush for your finger and it came with baby toothpaste and I used that. I still use toddler toothpaste for my 4 year old because he doesn't like the taste of regular toothpaste and he still swallows it instead of spitting each time. The dentist said it was ok
