When did you start telling people you were pregnant?

We just found out we are pregnant and I'm so excited. I want to tell everyone!

When we were pregnant with DS, I told our closest friends around 5 weeks.

We are seeing some our closest friends this weekend. I want to tell them so badly!!!

I didn't find out I was PG until I was 6 weeks, so I'm not sure what I say is relevant. But I told my dad right away. We told the ILs and my mom at 7 weeks. We waited until we saw the heartbeat at 8 weeks to tell anyone else.

Oh, I told the girls at the gym like the day I knew... but I don't really know them IRL... just gym life.

After 12 w we told all our close friends one at a time.

And we posted on FB two days ago at just about 15 w... so now the world knows.

It's a really personal decision, of course! You should go with whatever you're comfortable with!!!!

I told my BFF at 6 weeks- we didn't tell anyone else until we went to our first doctor's appt at 8 weeks- even then was only close friends. Came out to everyone else at 12 weeks!

You posted the same question pretty much exactly 2 years ago!

I'm 7 weeks 2 days and we haven't told anyone yet. Not sure when we're going to. Maybe 8 weeks to our parents, but I think I want to hold off even longer - as long as it doesn't become too obvious!

We told our parents, siblings and closest friends at 6 weeks, after the first dr appt. I told work and all other friends at 12 weeks.

I have started to tell some people since I'm past 12 weeks. I had a miscarriage so I was afraid to tell too soon.

only people who know are they ones that see me and my big belly

never came out on facebook
may do it once baby is here and everything is safe

just a personal choice but like to see when others announce it

told my boss at 22 weeks but wasnt really showing yet

im at 32 weeks now

i'm in the same boat. first dr's apt is tuesday and i'll be 7 weeks. we're telling our families the weekend after. getting together with good friends at the 10 weeks mark. will let work and everyone else know after 12 weeks.

I told my mom the minute I POAS... ....we told DH's parents a few days later and our siblings a few days after that.

Everyone else we will prob reveal very soon since with just had our 12 week sono.

i told a few close friends right after i POAS... we told 2 of DH's close friends when i was about a month and a half along... told rest of friends, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins after seeing the heartbeat... told work at 12 weeks

We told people in stages.

Parents/Siblings: About 6.5 weeks

Grandparents and rest of extended family: 8 weeks

Friends and work: 12 weeks

FB and everyone else: 13-14 weeks

Right after I peed on the stick.....the CNN ticker changed to Jaime's pregnant for the world to know!!! I can't keep my mouth closed!!!

we didnt tell anyone till 12 weeks. We told my parents at 11 weeks! I was really nervous about telling anyone!

Our sisters knew the day we did.

Parents/brother at 7 weeks.
Closer family at 10 weeks (after 1st appt)
Came out on FB around 16 weeks.

at the very end of the first trimester- we were nervous and wanted to make sure everything was ok

my parents/ils we told at 9 weeks after our first doctor's appointment

We told our parents at 9ish weeks, same this time as with DS the first time. And we'll tell everyone else next week, I'm 12 weeks now but don't officially see the dr till next week.

We told immediate family the week we found out. Then I told work people at 8 weeks when we went for the 1st sono. At 12 weeks we told the rest of the world

some knew right away because I was so sick in the beginning, there was no hiding it... people that I didnt see everyday, we told them after the first sono...

We told our families right away once the Dr. confimed, maybe 5 weeks. Everyone else only a few weeks later. We couldnt hold it in!! Do it whenever you feel like it!!

I'm 10w and so far only my parents and brother know. Due to past medical issues, I'm waiting as long as possible to pretty much tell everyone else (including my in-laws!!)

I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. 3 Day later we told our families because we couldnt wait anymore!!!

I am not good at keeping things quiet. lol
