when did you stop sleeping on your stomach
I am 9w1d and I am trying to make an effort to sleep on my side. I am a total stomach sleeper. I use a pillow in front of me to keep me from rolling over. It isn't too bad, but I do have to switch sides throughout the night because I start to get achy. Just curious when everyone gave up sleeping on their stomach

my dr said to sleep on my stomach until i cant anymore- your body will tell you when you cant.
i am 24 weeks and still sleep halfway on my tummy.

I stopped at about 22 weeks. Its not comfortable for me anymore.

I'm 36 wks and there are morning when I wake up that I'm on my stomach. My dr said whichever way I'm comfy is fine.

with DD I think it was around 20w and by 24w I need the boppy pregnancy pillow!

same here. Around 23 weeks i just wasnt sleeping through the nite and I bought a body pillow which helps me sleep on my side sort of in the same position as sleeping on my stomach but not (i kno it sounds contradictory, but its the best way for me to explain it)

I'm 32 weeks and still sleep half on my stomach half on a pillow. I start off on my side but always wake up on my stomach.

The bigger you get the harder it will be to lay on your tummy... My doc said whatever is comfy... I'm 21 weeks and sometimes wake up half way on my tummy and my side.

I'm 17 weeks and it felt really weird to sleep on my stomach last night. I don't know if it was the gas or what.
Doctor has said your body will let you know when you can't sleep that way, you'll feel it for a few minutes after lying in that positing.

My doc also said that you can safely do it until it is uncomfortable. I am 16.5 wks and just starting to show...I kind of half stomach sleep now...it's more comfy than full belly.

i think i stopped around 23ish weeks. then i half slept on my stomach (with a pillow under my knee), then around 28 weeks i stopped. the baby is good and cushioned in there. u wont hurt it. ur body will tell u when u cant do it anymore.
