When did you stop washing your DC's clothes before them wearing it?
DS is a little over 9 months and has never (knock wood) had a skin reaction. Do I still need to keep washing his clothes before he wears everything?
disclaimer: yes, this is my second child and no I do not remember a thing from the first!

Um, I think when he was like 3 months old.
I know some people always do it, but I don't have the time or energy to do that

OK, so if I put him in a new pair of pajamas tonight, the fashion police probably won't come knocking on my door then, huh?  . I could always use the second child excuse!

 Never. I had to go out and buy preemie stuff for her when she was born...and I didn't wash it. At the 11:00 am feeding at the hosipital, they told me I could take her home that day...I ran home, got stuff (no time to wash it) and brought her home

I washed his newborn and 0-3 months clothes before he was born. After that I stopped.

we never will.... we wash our own clothes befor we wear them.... a lot of clothes are treated with formaldehyde before shipping (a carcinogen)
