I still do, DD is almost 2. Everything but fancier dresses gets washed before she wears it/uses it. I just want them clean of all the dust & yuck that comes from factories.
But I am admittedly neurotic with her laundry

I still do and DD is 18 months. I dont plan on stopping either because DD skins is very sensitive.

Ditto, DS is 2.5yrs old. I was EVERYTHING before it touches his skin.

sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. If I am doing a load of laundry and I remember that I have a bunch of stuff w/ tags that will fit her at this very moment, I will wash first...there have been plenty of times I have ripped the tags off and put the clothes right on her...no rashes so far...TG....DH would hate that though...he likes everything washed before wearing...
