On DS's 6th b-day. Since it's just to lift DS up to fit the seatbelt better, we didn't go overboard. We got this one from Target:
It's under $20. It's easy to toss in the back if we need an adult to sit there, and it's got a cupholder, which DS likes.

At 4 years we went to a high back booster, then at 6 we took the back part off so its like the one the PP posted.
