when did your DCs nap schedule change?

After months of sleepless nights and next to no naps I had finally got him on a great schedule by 4-5 months. He has always taken his first nap about 1.5-2.5 hours after he wakes up and then another one around 3-4pm. Now all of a sudden he's not wanting his morning nap and he's been eating lunch early and then going down for a nap around 1ish. That would be all fine, but by 4pm he's a mess. I feel like he's just not getting enough nap time. When did your DC transition from one to two naps? Was it difficult at the begining like it seems to be for us?

she did it just after a year old.....there were a few rough days here and there. Try putting him to bed earlier to see if that helps.

Even with the 2 naps, he would eat dinner at 6:30 and be in bed by 7ish. The past 3 days he's eaten and been in the crib by 6:45 because he's just such a cranky beast. Right now we're on our second viewing of the Wiggles DVD because he threw it fit when it ended the first time. As soon as it's over again I will be feeding him dinner and put him down.
