When the Baby Sleep Solution, dream feeding and CIO don't really work.....HELP!
So I'm going back to work Monday and I really have been unsuccessful in helping DS stretch his sleeping hours at night. Nothing has worked and some nights I feel as if he's getting worse and we are up almost hourly!!!!
I know this is probably an exaggeration, but some nights he gets a 7PM bottle, goes down and is screaming at 11PM! For a while he was going till 2AM, but those days are LONG gone......
I try to give him the bink and mobile, but after 3-4 attempts, it's just easier to give him a bottle so we can all go back to sleep, KWIM?
Anyone have any other success stories to share or am I doomed to be another sleepless working mom???????
His schedule the last 2 days has been
7PM bottle then bed 11 or 12 bottle 2AM crying but soothed with the mobile and bink 4 or 5AM bottle 6:30 up for the morning 7AM bottle

How old is he? That seems like a fairly normal routine for a newborn.

I agree....seems par for the course.
He'll sleep longer eventually. Hang in there.
Can you try upping the amount of oz he get during the day so maybe he wont be as hungry at night?

I think he is about 3 mos? MANY babies wake up until they are 6 mos or older for that nighttime bottle. I had to cut my kids bottles out at 9 mos because they were still waking. So suffered through 2 nights and then they were fine. I would just feed him when he wakes. Take 15 mins or so then put him back to bed. I guarantee you'll get more sleep that way

Same.
DS is 5 months and he follows a very similar schedule! Only difference is I dreamfeed him around 10 instead of the bottle you give at 11/12.
Today is one of those days for me. I am beyond exhausted. I just try and keep in mind that he won't be like this forever

I know, thanks everyone! I guess I was just hoping #2 would be more like #1!!!!
My first son was sleeping from a 10PM dreamfeed to 6:30 and I used to complain about that, lol!!!! Ahhhhh ignorance is bliss when you have your first baby, now I expect everything to be immediate!
