When to BD? morning, or night, does it matter?
I am using CBFM and am on peak. yey!
they say to use it in the morning.
when is the best time to BD? morning? night?

I read something that said morning is best, but i am starting to not believe anything I read anymore!

We did it when we could. We tried morning one day, night the next day. Our schedules are so screwy anyway.
