The ONLY thing that works for me is running before work , so I'm up at 4am. This so far has proven to fit into my families schedule. Since having the girls 4 years ago, I have ran 4 half marathons .

At night after the kids are in bed. Not that I do this, but we bought a treadmill so that I could, in theory. Maybe after #2 is here.

I do as much as I possibly can to get stuff ready the night before. Lunches, clothes, bottles. I wake up at 5. Quiet cup of coffee 5-530. I run from around 5:45-6:15. Quick get ready. DH has to help of course.

I get it in when he naps when I get home from work or I will have hubby play with him...I am doing the 21DF so its only 30 min...I really make a commitment to do it everyday and so far I am...I also put on my workout gear when I get home so I wont make an excuse

The only way i can get my work out in is getting up extra early. Normally i would have to get up at 5:00 to be out the door by 6 for work, but 3 days out of the 5 workdays i get up at 4:20 and work out for 30 or so minutes in my basement, either using the treadclimber or a dvd like T25. Even on the weekends, i get up around 5:30 to get my workout in before the kids get up. Otherwise, i would never do it. DH works a lot on weekends so i have to fit it in when i can.
It was really hard to start, but once I made it a part of my routine, it feels so good to be driving into work and know that the work out for the day is done! It helps me wake up too.

For me at night after everyone is asleep works best. It was a struggle especially when everyone (dh included) was asleep. I can't get up any earlier as it is! I did the 21 day fix, so quick 30 min and done!

You said you get up at 5:15 and you're out the door at 7:45, that's 2.5 hours. Any chance there is 30 minutes in there you could use to work out? I've given up on doing anything with my hair in the morning to workout, ponytail everyday... I can't workout at night, I'm totally exhausted.
