It depends. I either go 100% to the max- all the way to a BBB complaint, or ignore it entirely. Depends on how "fired up" I get.

it depends.
if it's exceptionally bad, yes, I will usually send an email complaining. if it's just a minor thing that annoyed me, I probably wouldn't do anything. but I would re-think going there again.

Seems a lot of people had problems at Tiffany, DH was ****** once when we went to get me a bracelet there and they ignored him too. Was this the one in Manhasset?

I normally don't but recently sent a letter to Air Jamaica regarding my horrible honeymoon flight back home (they made me sit in vomit) Haven't heard anything yet but I better!!! I'm not ready to let this one go!

I have a letter (with 28 pages of attachments) out to American Airlines Vacations trying to get all the I layed out back after they told me my hotel was overbooked and I had to book two nights out of pocket.

I wrote a really long letter to Lenox to tell them how sloppy our china was made. I told them how we had to exchange 75% of the peices at the Fortunoffs warehouse and spent many hours inspecting each peice. It was the opal innocense type - and the blobs were big and small and smeared - and the silver lining was thick then thin then thick. supposedly they were being mass produced and not checked carefully enough.
they sent me a label to send the dishes back to them. that was it.
