I thought witches were going to get me yes like the one on the wizard of oz The wicked witch from the west. and monsters i use to check my closets and under my bed before going to sleep.

I used to pretend that if every part of me was tucked under the blanket, I was totally safe from all that is evil 
last week during those terrible thunder storms, I lifted the covers over my head like I used to do as a kid

I am still til this day PETRIFIED of sharks.. And I LOATHE that it's Shark Week right now. Jaws-- I cannot even look at the word without getting chills-- bad ones.
Other than that-- I got scared over everything. I remember one particularly scary episode of Fantasy Island.. but I was really, and still am, scared of everything...

i was scared of everything, dont get me wrong, but i always tought the leprechaun was walking around my room.
ghosts scared me too.
and i always thought monsters would come from under my bed like in "Little Monsters" with fred savage....
oh yeah, and i'd jump on my bed form about a feet away so Chucky couldnt slice my legs

Whatever lived down my basement in the dark. I still have to run up basement stairs if the lights are off or have to force myself to walk slowly.

DH is terrified of clowns! He said his worst nightmare is having a clown making a sandwhich in the kitchen, (specifically a bald clown with a pointy hat), turning around, smiling, and then going back to his work.
It's really quite elaborate

OMG That Little Monsters movie changed my childhood!! I really thought there was a whole world under my bed!! Also the Boogeyman lived in my closet!

when i was younger, i would get scared everytime i went to roosevelt field mall b/c there was this big sculpture thing by one of the entrances. i thought it was the boogeyman, and i would have nightmares
i pass it now and laugh.
