Operate the games at Adventureland. This is what a bunch of my friends and I did because they were the only place that would hire at 14.
Actually, not sure if its changed but I worked at Adventureland when I was 15 and I couldn't work the games but I did work at the food stands. They hire at 15.

We have a few Adventureland workers--what summer did you work there? I was there in 1995 and 1996!

Camps/afterschool centers..that's where I worked until and even after I started teaching..and they always need guys!

How about a pool? There are alot of young kids at my Town Pool who scan id's. And our local ice place (not Ralphs) has some really young kids too.
When I was 15 I worked at a supermarket. But that was b/c my family is affliated with the chain. How about dog walking? I used to clean out people's car (vacuum, windows) when i was younger to make a few bucks. That is something I would pay a kid to do, I hate vacuuming out my car.
