i refuse to pay the money these stores want for them.. i went to Once Upon a Child in sayville and got 3 hats and a pair of mittens for 7.50 all new with tags! totally worth it!

Old Navy, Carter's and Children's Place.
My DS has a ginormous head and I don't think the BRU ones ever fit him, except for immediately after he was born.

My sister keeps telling me to check this place out!
I got one hat/mitten set from BRU, Navy and Green striped fleece. And I got a couple hand me downs from my nephews.
I agree it is totally crazy the prices for baby hats!
I just learned to knit and hope to get one knit by the winter!!!

Don't laugh, but Luke & Ella have at least 3. This is where I had some luck:
Kohl's (just picked up a cute brown & orange set with mittens. It is acutually Carter's. Perfect for Luke's orange vest)

LOVE the Old Navy fleece ones. This is our 3rd winter using them. They're so soft, wash well, cover the ears, and velcro under the chin.

We got a cute one at The Christmas Tree Shop for $3.00. It is fleece, covers the ears and has a little brim in the front.
We also got her this crazy one at Walmart because it made me laugh and she seemed to like it. It was $5.00
