Where do you buy your seafood?
The supermarket is ehhh and a lot is farm raised.

I found the Waldbaums in Patchogue to taste better than the local fish store. Plus the guy remembers DS and what he calls the different fish.

Two Cousins on the Nautical Mile in Freeport. They have great deals on crabs and shrimp

Trader joe's has s ome decent wild frozen stuff, I also get things from the fish guy in the north Baldwin associated .

Phil's in Oceanside is decent and Jordan's is always great too.
The one on the Nautical Mile has some really excellent fish as well for good prices

If your in oceanside I would suggest Jordans, Point lookout clam bar, or any of the small fish markets. As for supermarkets, I prefer fairway and h-mart. Northshore farms is good as well. Closer to you is wild by nature and they have a good selection as well. But for the price, the fresh fish markets are better.
