Where to buy REAL t-shirts?
Looking for some (VERY) casual t-shirts for an upcoming vacation.
Don't want cap sleeves, 3/4 sleeves, etc. Im looking for T-shirts that come an inch or so above the elbow and end at the waist.
Everywhere I look they are way too long on me (go down to the bottom of my fly) or the sleeves are ridiculously short.
I tried buying Men's basic tshirts in small or medium but they don't look right either.
I don't care if they have writing or patterns or anything on them. I just want them to look like they fit me.
What happened to sloppy, basic, women's tshirts?
Help!

Re: Where to buy REAL t-shirts?
i dig the men's H&M stretchy vnecks for some mess-around tshirts. Longer sleeves and length, shallow v-neck

Have you tried ordering from LLBean or Lands' End? They are pretty traditional not trendy

Re: Where to buy REAL t-shirts?
what about GAP? that's where most of my T's are from. I know what you're saying about the ON tees.. the ones i got are on the longer side. Gap favorite T is much shorter though.

I have been having this exact same problem. It seems the current style is for really long and slim tshirts and those are not an option for someone with wide hips like myself. I haven't had any luck so far, please let me know if you do!

Re: Where to buy REAL t-shirts?
AMERICAN APPAREL! They have the best plain tee shirts.
I'd go for the unisex v-neck shirts...
Here's a picture:

Re: Where to buy REAL t-shirts?
I really like the t shirts from the J crew outlet, they are much better than the ones from the store.
They start of fairly long, but shrink a good inch or so with the first washing.
