Where's your "home away from home"?
For me, I feel like there are 2 places that I feel like I can stay there forever - the library and the gym. As soon as I'm in these places I feel so at peace and just like a part of me is "home"!
What are your places?

Myrtle Beach, I've always loved it there since I was a kid. Now DH and I have a timeshare there and love going.

Haha I'm with Barb on Trader Joe's...and also, behind my drumset...but it's in my house...so that doesn't really count.

The softball field (very non traditional here) and I have to say it Playa del Carmen Mexico .. could stay there forever .... also, I guess my inlaws, they are 7 hours away ang its a great get away when we are there just to relax

Maui. My family stayed at the same hotel every year for almost a decade, and DH and I went on our HM there. Absolutely my home away from home, but unfortunately a pricey one!
Other than that - my real home, Toronto. Every time we go visit I end up scouring the apartment listings. I miss it fiercely.

My parents house....there's something about always going in my old room and think about my carefree days as a kid.
Work....I love the people I work with. I adore my students. We are like a family. It is my "second home."
