Which blender
Is good for breaking down spinach in smoothies? I like spinach in salads and sautéed but not a fan in smoothies cause of the texture. I have a $30-40 Ninja blender that has one blade.

This is the one I have.. It's great.. The trick with the greens is to blend them first with whatever liquid you are using and than add the fruit.. it breaks down better.

I have the nutri bullet and it blends frozen spinach easily if I have enough liquid in there.

If you use a blender everyday and are willing to invest, you might want to pick up a vitamix. I think costco has deals on certain models sometimes, though we got our 7500 model refurbished from the manufacturer, and I've been using that thing almost daily for many years and it's going strong.

I have a vitamix and I love it. I don't use it a lot in the winter because I don't want to drink smoothies in the winter but I don't regret buying it. I love making almond milk too.
