Which Broadway shows do you recommend?
Sort of a spinoff from my last post about spiderman...... What shows do you ladies recommend?
Of the shows that are out now, I've seen Wicket twice (LOVED IT) and The Lion King. Oh.. and In the Heights (not sure if that one is still around.. ).

the band singer is actually going to be in the play for the next couple of weeks.
my coworker just saw it with melissa etheridge guest star and loved it...
Also Billy Elliot a couple of my friends raved about -which I'm going to go see.

In the Heights closed right after Christmas.
Do you want light hearted FUN????
Rock of Ages!!!!!!! Not sure when it reopens though..they moved to a different theatre.
Mary Poppins was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!

this!!!! and try to get seats in the center mezzaine - the first few rows.
And Mamma Mia was great!!! If you love Abba you'll be singing the songs half way through, at least. Sooo much better than the movie.

Broadway shows are my expensive hobby. 
Phantom is one of my all-time classic favorites. The music is powerful and beautiful, and it's a great story.
Mary Poppins was terrific and a lot of fun.
If you and DH are Green Day fans, I thought American Idiot was fantastic! Very high-energy show.
Memphis was very good. Very talented cast.
Rock of Ages is good, cheesy fun, if you're into 80s rock.

I would love to see Mary Poppins.
My parents just saw Million Dollar Quartet and RAVED about it!
I am thinking of taking my MIL to either that or Anything Goes.

I loved In the Heights but yes it did close...I saw it twice.
I also saw Rain right after Xmas which I loved...also closed
Rock of Ages was awesome!!!!!!!
I also saw the Lion King and some others that have been around forever...

Mama Mia and Rock of Ages were fun shows.
I enjoyed Mary Poppins so much more than I thought I would; the set & effects were amazing.
Just saw Million Dollar Quartet - loved it. A short show - hour and 40 mins with no intermission. The cast play their own instruments and are super talented and full of energy.
Phantom of the Opera is a classic.
