Which food chopper to get?

I've been doing a lot of prep work on the weekends to make eating at home and healthier during the week easier for me. I also have two little boys so a lot of the food has to be cut into small pieces. It's been taking me forever on a Sunday to cut two containers of strawberries into small pieces, chop chives, cucumbers, grilled chicken into cubes, and so on. I was going to get the food chopper from pampered chef, the small thing where you put the food in the cup then push down a few times but then I was thinking about the manual food processor they have thinking that its bigger and I can get more done but it's almost $70. I went to target.com to see if they had something similar for less money and they have full size food processors for less than the manual pampered chef one. They also have small food processors for $20 and ninja has a food chopper for cheaper than the pampered chef one.

Here's my question... What do I need? Should I get the chopper AND a large food processor or a small food processor and a chopper? Any other suggestions?

I'm new to this cooking. My mom was a multiple job single mom for a lot of our childhood so we ate a lot of fast food and processed meals and when she remarried my stepdad did the cooking but it was all fatty meals and stuff. I'm teaching myself to eat right and cook and it's been quite the journey so excuse me if all these questions sound dumb lol. If I get the large food processor, what else can I do with it besides having a large chopper thingy? What do you use yours for? Any brands on any of these items that you would recommend?

I have the slap chop and i really don't like it. It's like the one you described where you put the food in the cup and hit it a few times. The only thing I find it useful for is chopping nuts since they'd bounce all over if I did it by hand. It's a huge pain to clean and you still have to cut things fairly small to fit them in and you still get a very inconsistent size.

Honestly, I'd skip the appliances and invest in a really good chef's knife and a sharpener. With a little practice and a good, sharp knife you'll get through most things quickly. I also use kitchen scissor a lot to cut things for DD. That would work perfectly for things like chives and grilled chicken. I got a big set from Costco and use several in a day.

I have this and it has literally made making salads so easy. You have to cut things up smaller but it's sooo much easier. I use it for most vegetables and it has two blades. A small dicer and a larger one. I have this. https://m.bedbathandbeyond.com/bedbathbeyond/product/detail.do?itemId=13653801&categoryId=&path=¬inregularhierarchy=false&comeFromSearch=true
I also saw one on qvc or hsn that was similar but came with more blades. It i didn't have this one I would have bought it. I feel (and maybe I just don't know how to use a food processor) that a food processor purées it more.
