which has better bday cakes - BJs or Costco?
My friend got a great cake for her sons 1st bday at BJs - 2 tiers, matched the decorating to her theme and tasted great. I'm not a member there but i am at Costco. Anyone know if they have good cakes?

I never had BJs but I did order one from Costco and was shocked at how good it tasted.

i JUST HAD DS' 2nd bday cake from bjs. I think you can get a one day pass. I was soo good and cheap!

ABSOLUTELY!!
BJ's does more "themed" cakes, and more decorative where Costco just has about 10 designs to choose from that are more general (clown; balloons; rainbow; etc...)
BUT...taste wise...I LOVE Costco...they use a buttercream frosting whereas BJ's uses more a whip cream frosting. I LOVE the richness of buttercream...so I ALWAYS purchase Costco cakes.
