I haven't had a period since January 2020, just started with the hot flashes at the beginning of the pandemic.
I was always cold never complained about being hot; well that has all changed now. I hate the feeling of these flashes, a lot of the time I get nauseous with them as well.
Hoping they will go away soon. Wishful thinking.

I was always cold never complained about being hot; well that has all changed now. I hate the feeling of these flashes, a lot of the time I get nauseous with them as well.
Hoping they will go away soon. Wishful thinking.
oh no! are you waking in the middle of the night in a sweat too? i haven't heard of nausea along with it. fuggggg hope that fades

I guess I am lucky in a way, I don't really sweat, from my chest up to my face I get a really hot feeling and then it subsides. I do get them at night as well as during the day. It is totally crazy I'm hot than cold all day long.

who else started their hot flashes??
my acupuncturist said to try Eleuthero it help with hormones over all. I dont general have hot flashed but for a while was, this seemed to help alot

I have had the hot flashes that stop you in your tracks and make you want to throw up. Once was when I was walking down the street in my neighborhood and I was actually dry heaving!!! I’m sure my neighbors think I’m nuts!!!
