AWESOME!!!!!!! I've been afraid to eat them because everyone says not to but I am dying!!!! I LOVE cold cut sandwiches and I use to live on them every day for lunch. Now it's SO hard finding something to bring to eat every day. I am so getting my ham and cheese on this weekend!!!!!!!!

I do, turkey and swiss is the only cold cut I will eat.
The only meat I will eat is turkey and my OB said it's perfectly fine.

I've been doing French dips at Diners for the Roast beef fix. I too would love an hero sandwich - either italian or American... but I'm going to wait it out. I have no issues with salt (my bp is low and despite all the chinese food I've been eating I'm not having any swelling), I'm just not sure about nitrates that may be in some of the meats. I do enjoy regular egg, ham and cheese sandwiches, but the ham is heated on the grill.

i did throughout my last pregnancy. With this one I can't eat anything, but I can't wait till I can so I can have bologna and cheese on a roll!
