Ok, so I decided I will give out pumpkin cookies wrapped in cello, on a stick also.

I'm no help but I LOVE the pumpkin decorating idea! Maybe you could get some hay and make a little "pumpkin patch" so they could pick them first!
ETA: I think this could really be the "favor" if you want it to be.
