Its a book. Here is a link to it on Amazon. I found this book very helpful in understanding my daughter's sleep needs.

It's worked wonders here, so far.

That's why I'm back on-line so much... 3 naps a day here at 4 1/2 months old

It's worked wonders here, so far.

I don't know maybe it's just me. DS didn't start taking longer naps until he was like 6 or 7 months old. I just don't feel like the book had anything to do with. It's like a light switch went on and he was sleeping longer...

I perferred the Happiest Baby on the Block, but this one is supposed to be good too!

Happiest Baby on the Block is really helpful for the first three months, Healthy Sleep Habits is more useful after three months! I think both are really great to have.
