Are you kidding? Now is probably one of the BEST times to enroll.
Prices are real low. I wish I could put more in, but I max it out every year.

ITA too. think about it - if you get in now, and once the market rebounds, even if it's slight, you'll be on the upside.
if you feel nervous about it, maybe look at the low risk options they offer.

Anytime you have a free matching with your company you should take advantage of it.
Look at the different options you have. They usually have the returns posted by last quarter, 6 months, year, 5 year, etc..
