With Easter Behind US...
I really think it's time to take down the CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!
The brown wreath on your front door.
The icicle lights that are dangling from the roof.
The strand of lights that were so carelessly thrown in the tree.
These things should have been taken down in early January - your house shouldn't have easter egg decorations in the window beneath the icicle lights from the roof!
(This isn't just one house - this is a plethora of houses.)
I don't get it. 
/rant.

This is hysterical but my upstairs neighbor keeps her Christmas tree year round lol...she is such a slob that she can't even put away her tree! Her ornaments have about an inch of dust by the time Halloween creeps up (she had us over for a Halloween Party one year)...some people are just beyond lazy.

OMG!!!!! These people in my town have their walkway lined with candy canes....I get so frustrated. Every time we pass I tell DH that I want him to stop the car so I can pull them out of the ground.

Before we went away, our neighbor FINALLY took down the SHAMROCKS, CHRISTMAS DECS, and don't forget the PUMPKINS with SANTA HATS!!!
She STILL has the freakin mechanical $hit in her window - easter related THANKFULLY AND the freakin Christmas trellace on the walkway to her door. That doubled for her V-day decoration as well. At one point, she had FOUR holidays rep'd on her lawn AT ONCE!!!
STOP THE INSANITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They're not procrastinating from last Christmas, they're just very early for this year's Christmas! 
... or, maybe it's their Easter/Spring tree and the icicles represent the winter that just passed and reminds us of what we just finished, while the tree reminds us of the new spring....
... or, they're just lazy....

I can't understand it either. How hard is it to pick out candy canes when you walk into your house? We took down the Easter decorations Easter night-lol!! I can NOT stand clutter and don't understand how busy you can possibly be not to take 20 minutes (yes it only that about that much time in total) to take down lights off of our house.

Yeah, I think we can all say that we're really busy.
OTOH, keeping your christmas lights up while taking the time to put up St Patrick's day and easter decorations is not busy.
It's lazy.....the sentimental part was me being nice

Exactly. I took down my entire tree and ornaments in about 2 hours WITH 2 kids at home. It can be done. You just have to DO IT!!
