Um no, My rule is if your thighs touch, you shouldn't wear shorts. So basically I haven't worn shorts since my HM.
(this of course is MY rule of thumb, not for the general public. Although sometimes it SHOULD be.
 )

i will wear shorts around the house, but i don't like my legs (thanks for the varicose veins mom  ) so i wear dressed and capris all summer.

For me...I just dont feel comfortable in them and feel I look good in them. Personal opinion.
I  the ones who can and look good in them.
I also see some people who do wear them and shouldnt...KWIM?

Yup, just bought 3 pairs from Old Navy yesterday. They're not as cute as when I was younger though! I also love summer dresses.

I hardly find any that fit good and are comfy but if I do I'll wear them. I recently bought these at Old Navy and they fit great. Not too long (I'm only 5"1') and not too short. Image Attachment(s):

I think the last time this was discussed, I started it and got flamed...
I don't think any female over the age of 13 should wear shorts...
Men - i'm okay with...but no MANDALS and NO JORTS....flip-flops/sneakers are okay

Every year we do this.... and I can't believe how many say they don't wear shorts, yet I see them on women all summer long.
To answer the questions, yes, I do. Not daisy dukes, but Bermuda shorts or longer length ones. I couldn't possible wear pants all summer  and wearing a skirt is not my thing. I do wear capri's if I'm going out in the evening and its casual.

OMG
well my DH does wear sandals kind of like this 
but i don't let him wear denim shorts unless he is doing some manual labor somewhere.
and he has sandals like tevas that i can't stand but i don't tell him b/c he loves them so much.

I'm confused?? Are Bermuda's not shorts?? I see some ladies say they don't wear shorts, yet say they will wear Bermuda's. They're shorts to me and I do wear them all summer long.... Like these:
