Does anyone else remember a thread on here a year or so ago about this? Someone posted that there was an (assumed) on-duty cop visiting their neihbor's house for hours at a time, and this was going on for months. I wonder if they were the same people...

I think that there are some allegations that the media is not addressing. There has to be more information in her complaint. She does have a restraining order against him so there must be a bit more to the story. Whether it warrants her winning a lawsuit remains to be seen.
And I am sorry but this quote from the county attorney's office was either taken out of context or in very poor taste:

She is speaking to reporters on camera so how worried can she be?

This woman is trash.
And the cop isn't?
He cheated on his wife. Who's to say that this woman had no idea he was even married in the first place? Not to mention, he wasted a boat load of tax payers money not doing his job.
