Working moms who Pump...Help my freezer stash has run out
What are you taking to increase your milk supply? My freezer stash has run out and DD doesnt like powdered formula?
I have fenugreek capsules but I forgot when I BF'd DS how long it takes to notice a change.

I'm not sure about the fenugreek b/c I never really noticed much of a difference from it - from what I understand, you should take 2 610 capsules 3x/day to notice something.
Also, Mother's Milk tea. And Melijane swears by More Milk which Whole Foods sells.
Lots and lots of water and oatmeal.
Oh, and some say a beer can help.

As Jessee said I do swear by this stuff. It is also available online froma company called Motherlove. I took the tincture.
I wanted to get this a couple of wks ago when I was in panic mode b/c my stash is going and supply was low - but then I read you shouldn't take when you're PG (which I'm not but TTC). Turns out AF was earlier than expected and my supply went back up (not as much as I'd like but not devasting low). Anyway, sounds like it would be a great fix!
