Question for working moms who BF and pump?
Did your milk dry up on it's own? I have been BFing DS since he was born and pumping and BFing since I went back to work at 9 weeks pp. The past few weeks I have noticed that my milk supply is going down and it is taking me longer to pump the same amount. In one session, I used to be able to get 9 oz now today I was able to get 4 and it has been gradually decreasing. Is this normal? DS is 6.5 months old and I have been pumping for a while. Is there anything I could do to increase my supply? TIA

Re: Question for working moms who BF and pump?
Yes it did unfortunately. I went back to work 2 months after I had DS and I tried to pump 3 times a day - tough to do where I work. Now, at 5 months pp, I don't think I will be able to keep this up much longer. My supply has gone down dramatically. I have tried the Fenugreek capsules, Mothers Milk Tea and eating oatmeal. I know the problem with me was not pumping enough during the day and just slacking off.

Re: Question for working moms who BF and pump?
Thanks for responding. It is so frustrating. I do pump during the day and am consistent with it. My desk is in a closed off cube in the corner of the office so I have privacy to do it there. I have noticed a significant reduction since DS has started solids. He went from eating 6 times a day eventually to 5 and now 4 times a day mixed with 3 meals of solid foods.
