Working out after babies - Insanity, TurboFire or PX90?

I'm trying to decide which BeachBody workout to begin to whip my butt into shape.

Background:
.I had my 3rd baby in 4 years 2 months ago. It was also my 3rd cesarean.
.Prior to pregnancy I did yoga regularly, and plan to get back into it now as well
.Looking to lose weight and tone to get back to normal now that I am done having kids (no more "eh, I'm just going to get pregnant again anyway" excuse).
.Given myself a 'deadline' of November 11th (my birthday) to get back into shape (~6 months post-Partum)
.with a 4.5yo, a 3yo and a 2 month old, time is scarce

I'll be glad to provide any other info that may aid in a recommendation

Thanks!

I am a beachbody coach. I think that Insanity and P90 are too intense and "jumpy" for somebody who recently had their 3rd C-section. I'd go with turbo fire.

Also, get shakeology. Right now tehre is a $14.95 deal that will be ending in two weeks. You get a workout and a bag of shakes for the shipping price of $14.95. After 30 days if you decide to keep it, you are charged the full price and you will recieve your second month of shakes. It's basically a deffered payment plan.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask! and good luck. You will still get great results with Turbofire!

I loved insanity! but i agree, you did just have a c-section and there is a lot of jumping... I did it at 6 months post partum with no issues but 2 months is probably too soon. Maybe try that next. Good luck with turbofire! Chat Icon
