WW help--how do I make a chicken cutlet yummy with the least amount of points?
I just started WW--haven't been on it in a while. Doing it on my own. Going to make the kids tonight breaded cutlets and I wanted to make myself one (without the breadcrumbs). What could I put on it and how many points would one thin sliced Purdue cutlet be? Thanks!!!

if you marinate the chicken in fat free italian dressing it is yummy and i believe 1oz is 1pt.
i usually have 4-5oz of chicken.

i baked chicken breasts in the oven w/ panko bread crumbs and other seasonings.
i put the panko, and 1 tablespoon each of garlic powder, minced onions, paprika, basil, and oregano and just a dash of salt and pepper in a ziplock bag and shook up the contents to mix.
i spread dijon mustard on the breasts and then put each in the bag to cover completely and then baked at 400 degrees for 30 mins on a cookie sheet sprayed w/ pam.
since there's not even close to a full serving of panko on each breast, i didnt count the points. a serving of chicken is 3 oz (3pts).
i got this recipe from foodnetwork's website.

you can bake it in the oven and top it with fat free refried beans, salsa, and a little bit of cheddar cheese.

You can grind up the Original Fiber One cereal and add seasonings to it. I haven't tried this yet though. I have coated cutlets in dijon mustard, dill and crushed Kellogg's cereal. DH likes that recipe.
Here's a recipe I'm trying this week that I found on the WW message boards: Crunchy Onion Chicken prep time 5 minutes/cook time 20 minutes/ makes 4 servings.
2 cups (4oz) French's french fried onions 2 tbsp flour 4 (5oz) boneless chicken breasts 1 egg beaten
crush french fried onions with flour in a plastic bag. dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs. bake 20 minutes at 400 until cooked throught.
zesty tip: substitute 1/4 cup any flavor french's mustard instead of beaten egg.

I love to make Salsa Chicken. I usually do it in the crockpot, but you could do it in a pan or in the oven too. I put some mexican type seasoning on the chicken (I like Emeril's Southwest seasoning) and then cover it with salsa. I shred it up when it's done. It has a lot of flavor and the salsa and seasoning are zero points!

put a chicken cutlet in a non-stick frying pan with some PAM spray(O-points) and coat it in 2 tablespoons of Kraft honey bbq sauce(only 1point for 2 tablespoons)
Had it last night for diner it was great and for extra dipping sauce add another 2 tablespoons of the bbqsauce for another point.
