I was sooo bad over the weekend...so Im scared for this weeks WI...
Thanks everyone!!! Sometimes is so hard to keep going after a small loss but it paid off and it makes me more motivated to keep on track this week.
Marissa-we had a birthday party yesterday and I overdid it a little (still better than when not on WW) but I was totally expecting bad things on the scale and I was pleasantly surprised.
I really think one high point day sometimes helps as long as you don't go too overboard. I bet you'll be surprised and see a loss.

WHat about 3 high point days??? 
See- the only thing that might work in my favor is- I rarely use all of my points each day.... not purposely... but since Im always busy (thanks to my little man) I tend to just forget to eat... Hopefully... it will just even out itslef this week!

I took the plunge and joined online last week after much urging from a friend/co-worker after hearing me complain hour after hour about getting in shape. I don't have *much* to lose - my goal is 13lbs, but I'm happy to say that in my first week I lost 2.6lbs!  Only 10.4 to go!

Up 1lb this week 
I told ya' I was really bad...
So now im only down 7lbs...
(Id like to lose 3 lbs (well at least 2) this week, to make up for being a bad girl last week!
