I would like to join this thread also. I am back to following the Flex plan after a stint on SB. On SB, I just kept playing with the same couple of pounds, but lost a total of 9-10 pounds on it. I am a lifetime member, but I don't want to start going back to meetings until get down a few pounds more. I am keeping my fingers crossed but don't have high expectations for this first week since it was kind of a "last minute" decision to return to this weight loss plan.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I weighed in today and I lost .6lbs from last week. Not a tremendous loss, but I'm happy all the same! I only have 10lbs that I want to take off, and they are the stubborn 10 that have been hanging onto me for a couple of years now, so the slower it comes off, I'm hoping, the longer it will stay off Chat Icon

Re: WW weekly weigh in

lost another 1.4 this week so I am up to 14.4...
It seems like I lose for 2 weeks and then I stay the same.. That is been my MO but I will take it..

Oh I also bought the season pass again which starts at the end of April. i think this is the best way for me to keep going--knowing I already paid for 3 months.

Hopefully this week I can make it to 15 lbs and get to my first mini goal!!!!

Re: WW weekly weigh in

Normally I would have lost around 3 to 4 pounds my first week back on plan, but since I had already been religiously dieting on another plan, I didn't have that water weight to lose. I only lost .7 (my scale weighs in tenths) this week, which I feel good about considering that I was loosey goosey . . . . (I had a few meals I probably should not have had during my week off and I got off to a crazy start considering I decided to start my weigh in week when what I had already eaten was way off plan)

I am feeling kind of nervous for this week considering what this past weekend was like, but my fingers are crossed that I just didn't gain . . . .)

Everyone is doing so well.

I have to hang my head in shame and say I am doing awful. Chat Icon

I keep trying to get back on the wagon so I can report a loss but I can't seem to get my act together.
Anyone want to kick me in the behind? or offer some kind words. I'm feeling pretty bad about myself right now.

I would be doing awful if I had a young baby at home as well. I gained .1 of a pound, I was really bad this vacation week, didn't count my points at all, and thought I'd gain back a LOT... thank God the damage wasn't bad and I almost stayed the same.

Instead of focusing on the past, look at what you can do starting today, and tomorrow, and tell yourself you will be back on program and doing better.

It helps me to have lots of low point or 0 point snacks around. You can do it!! It is so easy to go off program, and then even easier to say, oh well, I messed up, guess I'll just forget about it and eat more... I do it all the time. But this time, with my diet, I am trying to just let it go if I overdo it and stay positive--and the more positive I stay, the better I do on the plan!!

Jenn:

I have been in your shoes so many times & everytime it happens I feel worse about myself. So you have to make a change maybe this week take your daughter for a walk and drink more water as yo start to feel better you will want to get on your wagon and stay there!

I have to confess although I have been doing well steady weight loss and going to the gym 4 times a week last night I came home from the gym and binged like crazy I felt horroible but I s u c k e d it up and went to bed and today I am back on my wagon.

Please FM me whenever I am so here for you.

Thanks!!
I know I need to just move on and not dwell on it. I always feel so much better when I eat right and see a loss on the scale and my clothes start to fit better. I have no idea why I sabotage myself. I hope I can report a nice loss next week.
