I just got back from my weigh-in and I'm down another 2.2 pounds, bringing my six week total to 9 pounds!

My meeting leader says anything under a pound is a fluctuation.
So with that said I think that maker the gain a little easier.

Ok...ugh...I'm officially back on the WW wagon again.
I was on years ago and lost only 15lbs, so I'm hoping this time I can do it 100% and lose a lot more.
Today is my first official day and I've planned out the day already. I'm VERY psyched!

Week 3 and down .4 for a total of 5 lbs. I'm OK with that--I only wanted to lose 12 total--and I had several Fribbles this week and chicken fingers a few times too, and baked potato soup...So all in all I'm just happy I didnt have a gain! definitely trying harder next week though.

Hi girls Ive been busy and haven't posted in awhile but Im still on WW and joined a gym 3 weeks ago and have been working out in the mornings at least 5x/week. The loss has been slow like 1lb/week but I definitely am losing inches.
Congrats to everyone whose lost and good luck to everyone who has joined!

This week I lost .6. I am happy with this. I notice not much is changing in my weight anymore, so I think in a few weeks I will get over it and start maintanence.

I'm not on WW but since this thread gets more traffic, may I post here. Im one of those "on my own" ladies...
From last Sunday through this Sunday, Im down 3 lbs.
What a difference exercise can make. I think my total is 3.5lbs now.
I have a lot more to go, but, if I can be down 10 or more by July 15th I will be ecstatic.
ETA: I also have had no soda in a week! Even made it through a wedding last night on seltzer and water w/lemon.

Congrats! You are doing great! I want to lose about 10 pounds by July 7th . . . . Exercising has really made a huge difference for me also . . . .

1.6 lbs for a total of 11.6...
SOOOO much more to go though!!!!!
(too bad this guy jumping doesn't count as exercise!!!) 
I have to get my butt to Curves again.
That's it, I'm inspired, I'm going to call them about renewing and transferring my membership (I moved since I stopped going to my old Curves)

OK...I didn't join WW, I joined Jenny, but I thought since its all about the losing I'd join this thread (don't see a Jenny thread.) I was shocked at my first weigh in exactly how heavy I am! Holy poop am I heavy! I'm motivated though! My next weigh in is next Thursday!

This happens to the best of us. Don't let it ruin you motivation. I am a lifetime member and I totally let myself go on my honeymoon and the months following. I wish I would have gotten back on track sooner than later. Get back on track and keep going. Make sure youkeep coming here for support, because it is SO necessary. You might also want to post what you are eating here, so that you are holding yourself more accountable! Good Luck- you can do this!
